Email still alive and kicking!

According to Scott Monty, head of social media for Ford Motor Company email is still the most frequently used online communication tool. According to Scott 42% of social media users and 27% of non users check their email more than four times each day. 

Scott says that this is a clear indication that email lives on as the most important online communication tool despite the age of Twitter and Facebook. Scott says: "People still use email as a primary method of sharing interesting news, keeping in touch, and notification.
